The firm has established its first sales and service centre in Kitengela with plans underway to establish similar centres in Nairobi’s Metropolis and in the counties.

Housing Finance, managing director, Mr Frank Ireri said the sales and service centres will tap the huge business potential in terms of deposits and mortgage sales.

“The sales centers will be a one-stop-shop in property investments and collect deposits, through savings and investments accounts,” said Mr Ireri.

Kitengela sales centre will offer mortgage and project financing, savings and deposit account and property sales among others.

Kitengela is a fast growing market in property developments.
